At the Li we are dedicated to: 

• Developing leaders in their own authority, who know from direct experience how to put together the leadership skills required for success in their organisations.

• Developing authentic leaders, people with their own compelling leadership style, based on who they are as a unique person.
  

• Developing people with practical leadership skills, people who keep on getting promoted because of their track record of success.

• Developing leaders with personal skills, people who have emotional competence and leadership presence, who know how to manage conflictive emotion and who can be the obvious leader in the room when they need to be.

• Developing people who know how to carry on developing their leadership skills once the formal part of the programme is over, people who become the author of their own leadership development, without the need for further training budget spend.

• Developing leaders who understand how to interact and participate with the social, commercial, political and environmental context in which they work.
