MEET THE TEAM
Strategic Resource has a team of three core consultants and five associates
Each person has a background in the behavioural sciences. We have a mix of occupational and clinical psychologists in our team.
John worked for the Health Service in the UK as a psychologist until 1989 when he left to join Organisation Resource, working with blue chip companies on senior management development. He moved to Bath Consultancy Group to explore work with strategy and culture before setting up Strategic Resource in 1995. John works with senior teams in commerical sector and local government organisations and lives in the English Lake District with his wife Gill and young son Kieran.
Beverley McArthur is in charge of invoicing and administration. She is in the office every morning from Monday to Thursday.Before joining Strategic Resource she worked as a data base administrator.
Judith Toland is an occupational psychologist and worked as an HR director in manufacturing before joining Hay McBer as a management consultant. She successfully ran her own consultancy firm from 1995. She has a strong track record in competency based assessment of individuals and teams and heads up our team of assessors.
Janet's career has focussed on people development issues in business as diverse as Coca Cola, British Airways and 3i. She now specialises in assessing, coaching/mentoring and developing and works with individuals, teams and organisations.
