Member Officer Interface	We work with the Cabinet/Chairs of Committee and Chief Officers/Strategic Directors. Typically, we focus upon: - developing a new vision for the authority - matching political and professional structures to support this vision - helping Members and Chief Officers to achieve their strategic objectives within budget.
Fire Service	In the past three years, we have supported a major UK Fire Service in shifting its focus from the internal hierarchy to the needs of local communities. Station Commanders are now the key focus on the organisational chart. In another Fire Service we refreshed the strategic process of their Brigade Management Team, following an HMI inspection.
Local Strategic Partnerships	We help local strategic partnerships to build a compelling vision for the formation of the partnerships. This replaces the former focus on avoiding duplication - which led to the same busy people attending differently named meetings.
