Vision We have a tried-and-tested process for developing compelling shared vision across management teams and their reports. Our process involves time-line analysis of major sector trends, scenario planning for probable futures and exploration of internal and external stakeholder aspirations.
Purpose We know that clarity of purpose is a critical success factor in successful change management. We seek to align individual purpose with organisational purpose to leave a legacy that is good for economic, social and environmental bottom lines.
Values We believe in developing behavioural agreements that senior managers can demonstrate in their actions before enshrining these as corporate values for the organisation to emulate. We know that staff are more interested in what senior mangers do than what they say they will do.
Culture We have a strong track record in identifying current culture(s) and working with 'champions of change' to promote the shift in culture required to support the new vision. We also use our cultural analysis tools to assist in post M&A integration, identifying the best in both parties.
Strategic process We see strategy as a process of refining policy in the light of operational experience ("double-loop learning"). Much of our work is carried out by live facilitation of real business meetings, delivering the benefit on-site and linking to work on current strategic issues.
